The Right Scotland For You

Although I could never say an ill word against the wonderful country of Scotland, I would advise you to plan your trip according to your needs. If you are looking for many attractions that can only a big city can provide, I would strongly encourage you to book a Hotel in Edinburgh centre.

I stayed in Edinburgh on my last visit and it was a blast. We not only had the opportunity to visit many of the lovely museums that Edinburgh is renowned for, but also to frequent some of the local pubs. There is nothing quite like spending an afternoon amongst the local crowd cheering on the local football team; do not worry if you do not know anything about this particular sport, as they will more than likely provide you with all the information that you require.

While a place like Edinburgh does offer tourists the chance of a lifetime, there are many other destinations in Scotland that are geared towards people that are looking to kick back and relax. For instance, somewhere like Perthshire, also known as Perth by the locals, is a wonderful alternative for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. If you happen to stay at one of the spectacular hotels in Perthshire you will be rewarded with some of the most friendliest hotel staff that you can imagine. Besides from providing guests with clean accommodation, the hotels in Perth are more than willing to aid guests in selecting appropriate attractions. Whether it is a day trip to Glasgow, Edinburgh, or one of the surrounding villages, hotel staff are there to help. They are also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to local attractions. While many guide books outline the obvious attractions, they can't provide you with all of them. Thus, do not be afraid to ask for help when you are Scotland.
