Wild Austria And The Lipizzaner
It is unfair that one country should have so much talent and so much natural and man-made things of exquisite beauty to offer the world but, it is a matter of fact we all have to accept. Austrians are gifted and their land is blessed.
It has been the home of great composers, politicians, diplomats, economists, philosophers painters, architects... the list goes on. They have left their marks in history and their footprints, so to speak, are still very much intact in the museums, theatres, galleries and libraries of Vienna in particular and the world in general. So much so that the natural wonders of their countries is often overshadowed by their history and achievements.

Business Travel in Scotland
Having to travel for business reasons can be a drag, as I am sure that many of you are aware. There are certain places that you need to be at certain times, and it seems as though the city that you are visiting ceases to exist. You rarely have the opportunity to break away from it all, and partake in the activities that you want to. I suppose this is why they call it a business trip, but I do believe that a balance between work and pleasure is essential to properly conduct a business. Regardless of what I think, I have noticed a certain trend, as a result of my numerous trips.

Hotel Over Resort
I have been on several types of trips during my life. I have done the all inclusive approach, backpacking through remote places, and even the typical short hotel stays. While all of them have aspects that are unique and entertaining, I can assure you that there will come a time in your life when you refuse to partake in at least one of them. Typically, it will be backpacking as it is generally for those that have knees that can withstand the torture, but you may also come to question your favourite resort.

Learning to Drink the Drink
There comes a time in every man's life where he has to admit that he may not know as much as he claims. If only certain historical figures would have admitted to this, life as we currently know it would be quite different. This thought occurred to me when I was in the company of not only a good friend, but a fellow employee. Under the belief that I had a good grasp on single malt scotches, I felt certain that I would be able to identify between a 40 dollar bottle and one that costed over 300. I will be the first to admit that this task is not easy for anyone, as it has fooled even the most distinguished scotch connoisseurs.
